In dieser anzüglichen Komödie für Erwachsene bleiben einem Hund noch 24 Stunden für sein letztes Abenteuer, bevor er kastriert werden soll.

The trailer gave me hope that this film might be enjoyable, but I did not expect to love it so much. It was crass and funny in the style of Sausage Party. The beautiful background and environment elevated the film above the cheap production I expected from the look of the character design. For animation fans, there were quiet a few Easter Eggs with nods to other animated films that featured dogs. Congratulations to all who were involved in this production for sticking to your gun and went all out. The show would not have been as funny if they have tried to sanitised it. Despite the negative reviews, I truly believe this is a cult show that will find its audience in time. Highly recommended to fans of South Park and Sausage Party.
how did i end up watching all of this
I can't believe Dexter's Laboratory and Samurai Jack creator also created this shiet.
Pretty good animation, backgrounds, and character designs, although the storyboarding is pretty basic. Still, it all feels wasted just to end up animating dog buttholes and balls for most of the movie. The script feels like a typical “domestic animal goes out into the world for adventures” story, but filled with absurd teen raunchy gross-out situations and lazy jokes. It does have some moments where the movie touches on interesting topics, but they’re quickly cut short by another gross joke. If you enjoy this type of humor (and jokes like cats saying “fucking dogs” about six times), then you might like it, but it didn’t work for me.
definitely not a childrens cartoon. its def not for everyone, id say if you thought sausage party was at least ok, youre gonna love this one.
