The only good thing about this movie is Roman Polanski getting punched in the face by both Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan. It serves him right.
The 6 year difference from the second movie to the third was a bit of a bummer, part of the charm (to me) in the first two movies was the late 90s, early 00s feel to it. However, just like the first two it's a mindless movie to watch, and best watched when in the mood for turning your brain off.
Quite simply: if you like the first two, you will enjoy this one. It’s a whole bunch more of the same, with a slightly worse plot and fewer jokes. It’s very watchable and I have no problem recommending this to fans of the first two, even if this one has less memorable parts. I am still hoping the fourth one eventually happens. Rating: 2.5/5 - 7/10 - Worth Watching
This movie wasn't as great or funny has the first two films, but nevertheless it was enjoyable to watch.
Part 2 even had more of a plot. Chris Tucker is at his most annoying yet. Despite that Rush Hour 3 is at least watchable when you're bored.
