This is a very interesting film and ons that has been in my YouTube playlist forever. Today i finally found myself in the mood to watch. A Philippine film about tribal life in the Philippines in BC5000. So basically warring tribes. A very interesting love triangle at the centre of it whereby a young girl is in love with a young boy. But then she is raped and falls in love with her rapist. Of course the characteristic melodrama is there. There are some brutal moments. Some beautiful editing. A film that actually lives up to its reputation.
