The director seems to think he's making the next Pulp Fiction or Something Wild, but instead, he produces this steaming pile of crap! Rockwell and Schwartz, both excellent actors, are left to flounder in a film that is confusing, unpleasant, and at times, downright boring. The direction is mostly awful, the acting is poor (aside from the aforementioned leads), and the script is a hamfisted, convoluted mess. In short, skip it!

It's not bad. It's not great, but it's fun enough and certainly not the worst thing I've seen.

Rewatched the movie after a couple of years. Not a bad movie.
