I only watched this for the sake of Andy Biersack's face.....

Oh, fuck off. It's a mess of a naive masturbatory rock fantasy played out by a whole bunch of shitty actors and Malcolm McDowell.

Not bad, not great. what i thought it would be, but worse. It's a bit of a mess, all over the place with the plot. there's too much going on at some points or just things that happen or are said that don't do much for the story. Feels like a strange teen drama, with all the cliches sprinkled on top. Still has its fun bits, but could have and should have been shorter. I understand why the high rating on here it's probably fans of Black Veil Brides and Asking Alexandria who love Andy Biersack and Ben Bruce or just people who bought some Blackcraft Cult merch, which is fine, fandom/lust can take you a long way, but it doesn't make this movie any better. Poorly acted for the most part, with a poorly constructed story to go along with it. It's rating is 10% lower than Citizen Kane......that's honestly insane.....

This is certainly a guilty pleasure movie of mine. I know it’s not the best thing out there, but I really enjoy it. Between the movie soundtrack and the “in movie” soundtrack, I’m already invested. I love all the artists, I love the dark undertone, I love the show Paradise City that is essentially the sequel. It’s not gonna be for everyone, but I have a good time whenever I watch it. Rating - 4.5/5 - 9/10 - Highly Recommend
