Pink Narcissus ist ein etwa einstündiger, amerikanischer Spielfilm aus dem Jahre 1971. Er erzählt die homoerotische Geschichte eines jungen Mannes, der seinem Alltagsleben entflieht, indem er sich narzisstischen Träumereien hingibt, die ihn mal als Matador in einer Arena, mal als Geliebten eines römischen Kaisers und mal im Harem eines Scheichs zeigen. Pink Narcissus ist seit seinem Entstehen ein Kultfilm der Schwulenszene.

What's not to love? Cute guys naked throughout! Happy days! As well as the obvious eye candy, it was beautiful to watch just for the lighting, music and incredible costumes as well as clever editing and props. I'm still not entirely sure what the storyline was - Did it even need a storyline? Perhaps not. It was a fantastic experience that I will happily sit through time and time again.
