Handlung
Als ein Team von Wissenschaftlern bei der Erforschung von Mineralien in Peru auf den verschrobenen Dr. Thorkel trifft, nehmen albtraumhafte Ereignisse ihren Lauf. Denn schon bald finden die Wissenschaftler heraus, dass Thorkel daran arbeitet, Menschen und Tiere mithilfe radioaktiver Strahlung verkleinern und kontrollieren zu können. Selbst auf Minigröße geschrumpft, muss sich die Gruppe allerdings nicht nur vor Thorkel in Acht nehmen, denn die Flora und Fauna des Dschungels wird zu ihrem größten Feind...

Decent old movie about an evil doctor who wants to shrink things, but I'm not sure why. The technicolor makes parts of this movie look very cool. I especially love the style and color of the helmet that Dr. Cyclops wears when he's peering through the glass of the shrinking room door. The movie is pretty corny but that just a sign of its time. I had fun with it.

A pleasant surprise, based on what it tells, how it tells it, and the special effects, considering the year it was made and the plot it deals with.
