I was hoping this would be good... but it wasn't. Cliché presentation, weak story (with a huge chunk of flashback) and mediocre kills. Sure there is some gore but the editing and framing bring no joy to it. I'd recommend buying the condoms over the movie http://charliesfarm.com.au/posters/charlie-condoms.html.

This was way better than I thought it'd be. The gore's over the top, and everything else is entertaining. I'd watch a second movie.

Wow. The gruesome scene at the river. Another new kill to be added to horror history. Charlie is one real scary horror icon at 6’11’’ and strong as an ox.

This showed up as something I should watch because I watched Boar . This was not nearly as good. Same old "creepy murderer's house in the woods, let's go explore" story line. It does have some great gore and it is Australian, which I have a weakness for. Mostly forgettable.
