To summarize, it's a film that tells different stories experienced by different people, all starting from the same point. But it's so complicated, so disjointed, that I couldn't understand what it was trying to say. The ending is even more absurd, in my opinion. Each story is watchable on its own, but the film as a whole is very, very confusing. Also, East Asian culture is very different from ours. Maybe that's why it seemed so complicated to me. It's as if the person who edited the film didn't put any effort into it, as if something was deliberately left out. I gave it a 5 out of 10. In short, it's like a Korean version of an American horror movie, but half-baked. Still, thanks for your efforts.
Several stories. With a small link in between them all. 1) A guardian tree that, once it has tasted blood, spread pollen that infects people, making its flower bloom out of them. Great start. A good dark ambiance, some mystery, some gore. Would have been great if everything was like that. 2) A woman steals beauty treatment packages from her neighbour, that happen to be full organ replacements. Weird beauty products that come with a price. Not a very original theme, specially in Asiatic cinema, but it's done well, has a totally different vibe from the first one, more energetic, more colourful, and with extra comedic stuff. 3) A woman buying a ghost to help her daughter's studies. Yet another very Asiatic theme. A bit less interesting in the realization, except for the ghost market part. But yeah, school ghost, couldn't do without I imagine. Barely average, specially comparing with the other parts. 4) Cops chasing a guy. This was such a downgrade from the beginning that I'm not even sure I saw it completely, I micro slept several times and don't remember much. 5) Girls exploring an haunted school building. Very typical, completely copied on Ring (it's even said). Better than the cops part, but not that much. It then comes together, linking the pieces between the different parts, but either it was a bit messy, or I micro slept a bit more and missed some stuff. Great potential, the first two parts are great, the way all is subtly interconnected is good, but in fine it looks more like a cheap Netflix short series than actual cinema.
