Interesting low budget sword & sorcery fantasy movie with mediocre acting, some well known set pieces and tropes, some lengths in the middle part, a small cast and a few different sets, but directed with heart and passion, very atmospheric, mostly good camera work and well edited. Feels like a group of cosplayers and DnD nerds realized a fantasy project and it’s quite solid and fresh with a lot of handmade effects, some gore and some digital after effects. If you like the 80s sword & sorcery movies give this Canadian production a try.

The script is simplistic, the actors, either really bad or really poorly directed, props for the mountain decor and the not too bad music score, but otherwise there is very little to redeem this.

Pleasantly surprised for a low budget movie. My expectations were extremely low but it was fun to watch. The acting is ok, story was good with a bit of a slow spell in the middle.

Its lack of budget weighs it down, but it has been good.

Not a Hollywood production by any stretch of the imagination...and the story is very superficial, the events could've been richer, but I enjoyed that it dabbled in some philosophical questions.
