They tried to replicate the first one but failed. First half is bad, cringe dialogues, no emotions, everything feels shallow. It picks up but then again in the end it falters. The story should've been a little sensible for it to be a good sequel.
Not a sequel; jokes didn’t land well; over-acting sometiems; weak plot; overall, it’s a movie that you can watch when you’re bored or you want to watch something that’s light;
Despite its title, Son of Sardaar 2 is not a sequel to the original. This film is a light-hearted comedy and family drama, primarily shot in the UK with a capable cast. However, the script proves to be the movie’s biggest weakness, undermining both the story and the performances. Many jokes fail to land, and none of the actors—including Chunky Pandey and Neeru Bajwa—are able to showcase their talents due to the lackluster writing. Unfortunately, strong production values and casting cannot compensate for the script’s shortcomings, making this film a disappointing watch overall.
