The director traces a narrative around the young Asil Elsepti and the projection of her reality in the puppet Amil (Esperanza) who finds affection but also faces anti-immigration demonstrations, fueled by the populist speeches of extreme right representatives. . But the film encounters difficulties in going beyond a sensitive but superficial representation. And it only finds moments of impact in scenes like that of the refugees living under the bridges of Paris.
