A heartwarming and charming story based on true events. The penguin is just soooo cute (says my 12 year old daughter). The only real criticism of the movie comes from the fact that is was obviously shot in different languages and then afterwards translated into English, and not in the best way possible as it often sounds not quite right. Still, a very entertaining and heartwarming movie for the whole family. (8 stars because my daughter loves it)

What a wonderful heartwarming film. Our world is a world of big movies big amusements big...everything. This is such a human film about the bond between a special penguin and a man who lost everything.....It made me cry and rejoice and I really recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone......just wonderful. And to give praise to Jean Renault what an actor.....and the little penguin.....it made me hug my dog and just stay there.....
