Beautiful, Lovely, Sad, Funny and heartwarming.

Mediocre script and plot, great acting tho.

Unfortunately this one was slightly disappointing. Whilst I think the acting is superb and the story is lovely I really struggled with the non linear timeline and some of the stylistic choices. Overall it was ok but not one I'll revisit often.

I wanted to like this movie so much more than I did. While I adore the two leads, the two different timelines felt rather gimmicky in this movie, as if to stir up more pulls at the heartstrings than the film otherwise deserves. I believe that the two timelines work best in movies like Blue Valentine, where the user takes turns watching a relationship come together and fall apart.
