What did I just watch?😅 It's okay, not bad but not good either. I couldn't decide. The story is good, the script is good but it didn't meet my expectations. I didn't like it. At least it's not a waste of time. An average movie.

Ancestry gone terribly wrong Very decent family horror, nothing new but still enjoyable. It starts slow with the first two acts but the third act was so worth it. The characters and dynamics between the family members are intriguing to say the least. Carloto Cotta portrays both twin brothers and he did a great job, Brigette Lundy-Paine as well but perhaps the best performance was Anabela Moreira as the twisted mother, she stole the spotlight whenever she was on-screen. Creepy makeup, good score, love the estate house set, a few well-placed comedic moments, twisted twist and wild third act. Got a bit predictable in the third act. Satisfying ending. >*"Time is a whore..."*

well... its in my country, with portuguese actors. not as bad as i assumed it would be since our cinema sucks .
