Cliched but interesting premise spoiled by (probably) a low budget. Directing was pretty bad and the performances were very wooden for what could have been a solid action drama. Tobias was pretty good, and it started off good. For this subject it should have been much more dramatic. What really let it down were forgettable and utterly incompetent villains.
