Smart, witty and just great!

Great movie - I love it. Stay for the gag reel in the closing credits.

There is a line between homage and wholesale theft. This steals the structure of "When Harry Met Sally" takes out all the comedy, replaces it with useless, tired and unnecessary politics, throws $20.00 green screen effects on it and a sci fi milieu to make a movie I couldn't even make it through. So in summary. Not funny. Not creative. Preachy. Avoid for your own sake. (I am being generous with the 1.)

This movie was alright. For all it pretends to be innovative, the structure is extremely traditional. Compare it with its contemporary Problemista, which actually features a completely unusual kind of love story on top of the "quirky" features it shares with this one. Also, this movie pushes its audiovisual idyosincracies so far that it ends up being a very ugly film to look at, in contrast to some of the classic (think Norah Ephron) rom-coms it draws from, some of which were actually shot beautifully. Still a funny and enjoyable watch, though.
