Sue's will reading leaves everybody in shock. While Sam and Charlie are furious, Percy is utterly lost. She, Delilah, and Chantal admit some hard truths to both each other and themselves, and Percy wonders whatever happened to the girl she once was... the girl who wrote scary stories, swam across the lake, and wasn't afraid to go after what-and who-she wanted.

I like Sadie Soverall and Matt Cornett as the teenage versions of Percy and Sam; they decently capture the angst and emotions. But I don't think they work at all as the adult versions despite being around the same age as the characters and wish that the show had either hired a different duo of actors or at least worked harder to visually differentiate between the time periods.
The anatomy book scene was one thousand times hotter in the book. I feel ROBBED of seeing that portrayed on the show.
Dude, the writing and directing for this show is so bad. Like, did the directors not consult each other on changing the mood temperature of each episode to make sure they _flow_ between each other?
The tempo and mood shift between the end of the last episode -- when the boy and the girl nearly kissed at the tavern -- versus now, when Sam apparently hates her is ridiculous.
There are some things that you just cannot imply right off the bat; the writers gotta subtly suggest it or write it in so the emotional development arc is there for the audience to digest. Good grief, what is this show. I was ready for a lovely summer romance watch, but the writing and directing are just not it.
