I think I may be done with this show. It started off pretty intriguing but at this point I feel bored and uninterested. Seems to be a lot of fluff and not much else at this point. I may finish out this season, if I run out of other shows. (Just my opinion, I do quite enjoy some of the actors and their performances)

Make it all make sense. The rate at which this story progresses is borderline painful. I’m at the point now where I expect every episode to have little to no momentum. For example… the most compelling part of this episode is that they finally have a body of one of the creatures. But that arc is constantly disrupted by boring plot points and character conversations that nobody cares about. And when they FINALLY go to do the autopsy, they stop after the first incision only to cut to Kenny complaining for the tenth time! It’s a special kind of torture. It’s just very disappointing considering how much potential this show has. But they’re not taking risks. They’re not wowing us. Before I watched this, I read reviews that warned viewers not to get too attached to characters because they’re quick to be killed off. Several reviews mention this. But nothing is happening! Nobody is getting killed off! Almost two full seasons in, and there are no answers to ANYTHING. Only more questions. I couldn’t care less about trees moving, or who might be pregnant, or constant hallucinations that are relentlessly unexplained. On top of that, Jim and Kenny are simply intolerable. Ugh.

I have started to simply fast forward the shitty filler crap in the episodes, the autopsy was the most irritating being constantly interrupted by shitty fillers. Also a dude gets stabbed, looses liters of blood and next thing you know he is able to walk around like it was just a bruise, wtf!.

I think there should be some contractual mechanism for penalizing screenwriters in case they have been creating mysteries without knowing how to solve them. E.g. "Lost" screenwriters should not have been paid at all. The way the second season of "From" has been developing, we are at high risk of the same failure and disappointment. We do not need another show with randomness mascarading as complexity.

🤔Just a few small observation , halfway through Season 2.... 10 opinions of mine.... 😈 1. Kristi's new haircut is NOT an improvement. --------- 2. Donna knows way more than she's letting on. She's controlling people. --------- 3. The old hag gave Kristi morphine just to stir shit up, she knew her gf was a junkie. --------- 4. People will take any opportunity to hate on others, like why do you all seem personally devastated by a girl accidentally killing her own brother. People die all the time here. Also how lame it is that they have "jailed" the dude that accidentally knifed Ellis, placing a shotgun wielding lady outside his room. What happened to the "no guns for civilians" rule? Kenny also still open-carries even though he quit as deputy. Checkhov's gun anyone? --------- 5. Ellis, that flowerpicking idiot kid runs down the stairs to put himself in the middle of any small argument, it seems like karma that he gets knifed. Too bad he seems to be invincible, a little blood transfusion and he's up and about again. Deja vu to when he threw himself off the roof to break his legs only to suffer no more than a slight limp for a few hours. He's also got super sperm it seems. --------- 6. The drone ..... The GOD DAMN DRONE!!! They can get a birds eye view of the area, find out which direction the lighthouse is, etc. If the lighthouse even exists, seems weird to have one in a forest. --------- 7. No one believes Jim about the radio voice, which i buy seeing as they're all seing weird shit.. But Donna, the one person that can back him up, refuses to aknowledge it. Did I mention she's not like the others? --------- 8. Bringing the dead zombie dude into the house where you live must be the stupidest thing anyone's done since Tabby decided to dig a hole to China. Why can't you cut him open outside, or at least another in house, like the church? --------- 9.I have never seen such a pair of self-righteous parents as Ethan's, and the extreme foul language they spout in front of him ALL THE TIME is just awful. I bet his first word as a baby was "Fuck". --------- 10. Did I mention that the old "friendly" lady from the bus is not what she seems, neither is Donna and probably at least one more person. --------- As a Lost addict back in the day, I know not to have any real hopes of a satisfying ending to this story. That doesn't mean I'm okay with no questions being answered. What carried LOST was not only the mysteries, but a great cast of interesting characters... None of the characters in this show are interesting, am I wrong?
