Well that was quite messy. Too many ideas and characters being stuffed into too short of a runtime, it ends up very chaotic. The pacing was off like crazy, leading to rushed tropes and undeserved character moments. I'm also a bit disappointed we didn't really get to see the animal's strengths in the game, they all kind of play the same, only rarely we see them use their specific traits to their advantage, if they'd all look the same you couldn't differenciate them by play style at all. Not even Will, who I thought would be better in difficult terrain than the others and that'd be his advantage, or this vision thing they kept bringing up but ended up not making any plot relevant difference. The Mercedes product placement was also a bit much, like c h i l l, I get it, no need to ram it into my face all the time, ever heard of subtlety? They did it much better with the PS5 placement, no need to beat me over the head with it. Must have cost Mercedes a TON of money to pull that. Looked out of place in that universe too.

What a great looking movie with a good story. Love life and dream big!

Modo definitely the most Funny of them all

Well this movie was indeed the GOAT. Going into this movie, I didn't really know much about it other than it's made by the same studio as the Spider-verse films and that the animation is pretty similar to it, which did make me wanna check this out as l adore those movies and, well it's safe to say, l'm definitely happy I did as Goat was such a badass little animation and is easily one of my favourites of the year so far. It’s basically a cross between Spider-Verse and Zootropolis and i absolutely love it for that because… WHAT A FREAKING COMBINATION. it was so awesome and don’t even get me started on the animation as it was absolutely insane. The story was so much fun and had me hooked from start to finish. It was seriously epic and who doesn’t love a classic underdog story. Will was a great character and who knew a Goat was such a Goat as Basketball. He was one heck of a player that’s for sure. It was really satisfying when he beat that Horse at the end because, as Horse’s go, he was such an asshole. I loved every member of the Vineland Thorns as they were all so funny and if I ever wanted to be a Basketball player, I’m definitely gonna join this unstoppable team, I mean come on they have a freaking Giraffe for god sake, yeah I never in my life imagined a Giraffe playing Basketball either, but hey, why not right. It was insanely awesome by the way (he could rap too). Hell yeahhhh. My favourite characters were easily those super adorable Rhino twins as they were so funny and were one hell of a chaotic duo. The runners up is the Monkey, who was pretty mental as well. I’m giving Goat a Goated 9 out of 10 and I could easily change it to a 10 on a rewatch as I had so much fun with this film and, by the sound of my review you can probably tell that by now. It was so Goated man… okay I’ll stop now. 9/10
