Season 3
In Season 3, Harry is vowing to work with General McCallister to rid the Earth of the Grey aliens – a task made more difficult when he discovers that the Grey Hybrid Joseph has taken a job in town as the new Deputy. Joseph isn’t Harry’s only obstacle – Harry struggles to balance business and his personal life when he falls in love for the first time.

In an attempt to gather information on the Grey Aliens, Harry puts Asta in harm's way.

D'Arcy inserts herself into Harry's mission, while Kate grows more uncomfortable in her own home.

Was better than S2, but just barely. If it wasn't for Alan T it would be unwatchable though the sheriff can be quite funny at times. Darcy and Asta are the worst in every possible way. Their characters bring absolutely nothing to the show. Feels like DEI hires or to fulfill some woke agenda statistic.
Best season by miles !!!!! Really find a rhythm, fantastic story, more comedy than other comedies! Of course it has to come back.

We got a season half the size of season two, and it was just as good. Proof that shows don't need those big chunky seasons anymore. We dive into more alien types this season, which is great and always a highlight. Tudyk continues to smash it every single second he's on. The only problems in this season, unfortunately, are the human characters, or some of them at least. D'Arcy, in particular, has become a near-intolerable character, with too many redemption arcs to matter. I still very much enjoy the show despite some shortcomings, and we are heading pretty quickly towards the end of the mine. 'Top' 3 Episodes: 1. Homecoming 2. Avian Flu 3. Lovebird
