This season is where Breaking Bad went from amazing to one of the greatest television shows of all time. This isn't me being over the top and using hyperbole. I legitimately think this television drama will be remember for a loooooooooong time as a top 10 series. In this season, we see character development go perfectly. The episode 'Fly' is really great at taking its time showing you character emotions and motivation. Best part though is the end of this season, which has a couple of my favorite episodes of the series. Half Measures has such a great ending that I never saw coming, but makes perfect sense at the same time. And I love getting more time with Mike, Saul, and Gustavo. If you don't like the show by this season, I think you're a terrible person.

Skipped season 2 this time because fuck it mang I have actually seen this show like 6 times. It's not that I hate season 2 it's actually that it's my most rewatched (haven't catalogued it in trakt lol). I encourage everyone who rewatches their favourite shows to skip seasons (at random) because it really puts a lot of the show's plot into perspective. You see how things change so severely and how arcs truly are the gravity of prestige television.

This is the season where Breaking Bad becomes the show everyone talks about, with sharp character writing and season long boiling tension that explodes in the most grim and spiraling ways
