The team responds to the report of a severed hand washing up on the beach and are on the hunt to find its owner. Meanwhile, Tim attempts to prove he isn’t a control freak to Lucy and invites her on a double date with him and Ashley.

Just feels like lazy writing that Lucy is now flirting with a lawyer who she didn’t get along with at first. It’s like they are just redoing the Angela and Wesley relationship all over again. When fans have just wanted Lucy and Tim together for awhile now. I saw it a mile away Lucy would start dating the Lawyer as soon as they first met.
Happy Nyla is a blast. (And not everyone wants Lucy and Tim together, I prefer them as a brother/sister dynamic).
The writing on this show is really bad. Tim and Lucy have NEVER interacted like this EVER! If you’re gonna force two characters together, at least try to make it believable. There is no need for Tim and Lucy to be romantic--their bond is much stronger as a big bro/lil sis dynamic, but it at least should build. I hate that they made Lucy and the new ADA guy into the dollar store version of Wesley and Angela but that’s much preferred to Lucy and Tim having a date in front of their actual dates.
