Nicolas Cage carries the show. He fits the role, but his performance can feel repetitive after a while. The mannerisms and delivery started to wear thin as the season went on. My biggest complaint is the electric-powered villain. Every scene with him felt annoying and overacted. Overall, a solid and entertaining first season with a great atmosphere and a fresh take on Spider-something
