Chelsea and Lola cross the Queensland border into supposed safety while they try to work out a plan. However, they're being tracked by the task force set up to solve the bus shooting.

Chelsea and Lola find themselves stranded in the middle of the bush after a breakdown. Things get worse as a hitman picks up their trail.
Badlands
Lola returns to her hometown of Wooradulla, but her past comes back to haunt her. Chelsea learns Lola's dark secret about a terrible night twenty years ago, and the trust between them is shaken.
Detour
The chase for the car with the money leads Chelsea and Lola to the wild Baruma Bush Bash. With relations still strained, Lola confronts Chelsea about her own secret baggage.

The first season was okay, seeing where things go. The second season became tedious to watch so I stopped and never began with the third season. Your millage may vary. 😶
This is an uneven watch but, on the whole, a worthy watch. The acting is good. The characters are well written. It does drag in places and when the action heated up it had some glaringly improbable logic jumps. But, I found I really cared what happened to the characters and it had enough twists and turns to drive the plot forward. I give this first season of the series a 7.9 (a few flaws short of great) out of 10. [Crime Drama]
