Season 3
Alongside Genos, his faithful disciple, Saitama performs his official hero duties as a member of the Hero Association. One day, monsters claiming to be from the Monster Association suddenly appeared, taking a child of the Hero Association executive hostage. The S-class heroes gather and plan a raid on the Monster Association hideout to rescue the hostage. Meanwhile, Garou, a “human monster” who was taken by the Monster Association during a battle with the heroes, awakens in the Monster Association hideout.
Strategy Meeting
The heroes plan a rescue of a child kidnapped by monsters, while Garou awakens deep underground.

On his way to hunt heroes, Garou dines and dashes at a restaurant, but is chased by Saitama.

Child Emperor finds Waganma and faces Phoenix Man, using his ultimate weapon to protect him.
Immortal Bloodbath
Zombieman faces Vampire, a descendant of a supernatural bloodline, in a brutal, deadly showdown.
Top Dragons
Child Emperor rescues Waganma. The heroes take on threat-level Dragon monsters in a deadly fight.
Ultimate Lifeform
The heroes battle monsters while Terrible Tornado faces Gyoro-Gyoro. Orochi appears before Saitama.

I think while making the 3rd season, their intention was to stop fans from asking for a 4th season.
What's the point of calling it One-Punch Man if the dude doesn't get even 10% of the screentime? Should've been a spinoff or something.
JC-Staff should be banned from adapting OPM! This season made me quit watching OPM anime for good. I'll stick to the two source materials. Unless the studio is change for the future seasons or Madhouse readapt season two and onward of OPM plot I won't watch any OPM coming from JC-Staff, the way they made OPM unadaptable literature work same with the Berserk manga because of how abysmal their work in this two season compare to Madhouse season 1 is absolute ridiculous to think of. For OPM, really?
